How old were you when you came to the U.S.? 

I was 16 years old when my family left Honduras for the U.S.

Where did you work before joining LCI Workers’ Comp?  

I have worked in the roofing industry as a project manager. Also, I worded in oil rigs and refineries as a safety manager.

What is the best thing you like about your current position at LCI
I have the opportunity to help and educate Hispanic small businesses owners.

Why is the Caminos program so special to you?
The Caminos program is a great tool for Hispanic companies that have the mindset to grow and build an empire.

What are your Hobbies, your favorite Spanish meal, and who makes it?  

My hobbies are camping, hiking, going to church and learning more about God. Mi comida favorita es El pollo con tajadas 

What is a lesson a family relative taught you?

Life is like a coin, you can spend it however you want but you can only use it once and if you are afraid to do something, remember that you only need 30 seconds of courage.
