Meet Your LCI Workers’ Compensation Support Team: LCI Workers’ Comp is a company that has been dedicated to supporting businesses in workers’ compensation since 1989. How old were you when you came to the U.S.? 

My family arrived in the U.S. from Honduras when I was three years old.

Where did you work before joining LCI Workers’ Comp?  

I was a sales manager and a marketing and operations manager for a commercial and residential janitorial company.

What do you like the most about your current position at LCI?

I enjoy meeting new people daily and forming new great relationships with business owners.

What do you like the most about LCI Workers’ Comp?

 LCI really does want to do the right thing for injured workers.

Why is the Caminos program so special to you?

By launching Caminos, LCI is making such a strong effort to help the Hispanic workforce succeed, by offering them the personable support that no one has done before in our industry. 

What volunteer work have you done in the Hispanic Community?

I have translated for the Supreme Court, and I volunteer with organizations to find missing children in Louisiana.

What is your favorite food? 

On Sundays, a good sopa de caracol (Conch soup).

What is a lesson a family relative taught you?

My grandfather said to learn both languages equally, because, “I am not leaving you a large inheritance, but I brought you to a country where you can make your dreams a reality.”
