The Level Up Latino Workforce pilot study aims to identify and address the challenges Latino foreign professionals face in the workforce. Developed by Paula Munera, a local Hispanic consultant, this program seeks to empower these individuals to integrate fully into the local economy and effectively utilize their skills and experience. Through research and community engagement, the program will develop recommendations and solutions to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for Latino professionals, enabling them to advance their careers and reach their full potential.
